Park tad izgleda kao iz bajke, a cvjetići podsjećaju na plave vile.

Ovi cvjetovi koji imaju nadimak ‘dječje plave oči’ cvatu krajem aprila, a zatim postepeno gube boju.

Cvijeće se može naći po cijelom Japanu, ali najpopularniji su u parku Hitachi. Jedno od najboljih vidikovaca za pogledati cvijeće je mjesto zvano Miharashi Hill.
